Odorisation Sample Clauses
Odorisation. The Operator will Deliver Gas to the Shipper at each Outlet Point at which odorising occurred as at 27 October 2004 odorised to the specification set out in the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and System Safety) Regulations 2000 (WA).
Odorisation. <Service Provider> will ensure that all Gas in the AGA GDS is odorised in accordance with the Regulatory Instruments and any other applicable Laws35.
Odorisation. Gas in the Pipeline System will be odorised by Service Provider.
Odorisation. (a) Gas in the Pipeline System will not be odorised by Service Provider.
(b) User must ensure that all Gas of which it takes delivery is odorised at the applicable Delivery Point in accordance with the regulations under the Gas Act 1997 (SA).
Odorisation. (a) If the Rates in the Details include an Odorisation Rate, then;
(i) APA will odorise all Gas transported under this Agreement;
(ii) APA will use its best endeavours to inject odorant at the injection points at the Odorisation Level and will use its best endeavours to maintain the odorant level; and
(iii) Shipper must pay to APA the Odorisation Charge.
(b) Except as required under paragraph (a):
(i) APA will not odorise or maintain any odorant level for the Gas delivered to Shipper under this Agreement unless required by Law;
(ii) if odorisation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Gas is required by Law, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must reimburse APA for all costs reasonably incurred by APA in odorising ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Gas transported under this Agreement; and
(iii) Shipper and APA must use their reasonable endeavours to obtain and maintain the necessary Approvals to exempt APA from any obligation to odorise Shipper’s Gas transported under this Agreement.
Odorisation. (a) Service Provider has no obligation to odorise Gas delivered to User nor to maintain any odorant level.
(b) If Service Provider is required by law to odorise Gas, User must reimburse Service Provider for all reasonable costs incurred by Service Provider in odorising Gas delivered to User.
Odorisation. <Service Provider> will ensure that all Gas in the ATCO GDS is odorised in accordance with the Regulatory Instruments and any other applicable Laws33.
Odorisation. 63.1 Where requested, copies of the quality assurance procedures for the supply of odorised Gas to GasNet at the Receipt Point.
63.2 Where requested, details of odorant levels measured by the Customer at Receipt and Delivery Points.
63.3 Notification within ½ hour of the Customer becoming aware that over or under odorised Gas may occur at a Receipt and/or Delivery Point.
Odorisation. 57.1 Where requested, details of odorant levels measured by GasNet.
57.2 Notification within ½ hour of GasNet becoming aware of any situation where Gas within its Distribution System is, or has the potential to be, over or under odorised.
Odorisation. (a) The Retailer will deliver Gas to the Distributor at the Gas Gate which is odorised and complies with NZS 5263:2003 Gas Detection and Odorisation. The Retailer will satisfy the Distributor that quality assurance procedures are in operation to ensure odorisation of the Gas delivered by the Retailer to the Gas Gate.
(b) The Distributor will on a monthly basis (in accordance with NZS 5263:2003 Gas Detection and Odorisation) monitor and record odorant levels at selected points on the Network and will advise the Retailer as soon as it anticipates or encounters any odorant fade or masking.
(c) If requested the Distributor will provide details of odorant levels measured by the Distributor to the Retailer.
(d) Either Party will endeavour to notify the other Party as soon as possible if they become aware of any situation where Gas within the Network is or has the potential to be over or under odorised.
(e) If requested the Retailer will supply to the Distributor copies of the quality assurance procedures for the supply of odorised Gas at the Gas Gate.
