Odors Clause Samples
The Odors clause sets standards and restrictions regarding the presence or emission of unpleasant or disruptive smells within a property or premises. Typically, this clause applies to tenants or occupants, requiring them to avoid activities that generate strong odors, such as cooking certain foods, smoking, or using chemicals, which could disturb neighbors or violate building policies. Its core function is to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for all occupants by preventing nuisance odors that could lead to complaints or disputes.
