Common use of OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

OF CONTRACT. The Parties have agreed that if for the proper fulfillment of the subject of this Contract (in particular for the handover of the goods) it will be necessary to carry out further deliveries of goods and services not specified in the Contract, but of which the Seller knew or should have known with regard to the subject of performance, the Seller is obliged to make these deliveries procure and carry out at its own expense, without the right to increase the purchase price specified in Article IV. of Contract.
