The Contractor shall be required to mobilize the required personnel and equipment to the City of Pascagoula within forty‐eight (48) hours of landfall of a hurricane or other declared disaster, or the Contractor will forfeit the Performance and Payment Bond and the City will designate an Alternate Contractor as the Primary Contractor.
