TIME OF CONTRACT. This Contract shall commence on , and shall terminate on . Certificate(s) of Insurance must be current on day Contract commences and if scheduled to lapse prior to termination date, must be automatically updated before final payment may be made to Contractor. The final invoice must be submitted within 30 days of completion of the stated scope of services.

TIME OF CONTRACT. The exact Contract commencement date and expiration date shall be set forth in the negotiated contract. The contract is effective on the later of the Effective date or the date upon the signatures of the Franklin County Health Commissioner. This Contract will remain in effect until the end date as noted on the Contract or until the Contract is fully performed by both parties or until it terminates in accordance with the termination language of the Contract.

Upon mutual agreement, this annual project may be extended for additional twelve‐month periods at the original bid price. Such extensions shall be at the same terms and conditions and shall be in the form of a written Amendment to the Contract executed by both parties. Individual work assignments for specific pay items and a Notice to Proceed will be provided for a defined duration based on the magnitude of the disaster. The Contractor shall be required to mobilize the required personnel and equipment to the City of Pascagoula within forty‐eight (48) hours of landfall of a hurricane or other declared disaster, or the Contractor will forfeit the Performance and Payment Bond and the City will designate an Alternate Contractor as the Primary Contractor.

TIME OF CONTRACT. The Contract is effective on the later of the Effective date (set forth above in Section 3) or the date upon the signatures of the Franklin County Health Commissioner, however, the Board ratifies any actions taken by FCPH for the IDCP prior to the execution.
