Off-Recipient Service Fees Sample Clauses

The Off-Recipient Service Fees clause defines the terms under which fees are charged for services provided to parties other than the primary recipient of the contract. Typically, this clause outlines how and when such fees are assessed, who is responsible for payment, and the types of services that may trigger these additional charges—for example, when a service provider performs work for a third party at the request of the main client. Its core function is to clarify financial responsibilities and prevent disputes over payment for services that benefit entities outside the main contractual relationship.
