Off Schedule Compensation a. For the fiscal year 2026-2027, a lump sum payment equal to 3% of the employee’s annual or pro-rated contract amount will be paid in two installments, after the first pay in December, 2026 and after the first pay in June, 2027.
b. For the fiscal year 2027-2028, a lump sum payment equal to 3.0% of the employee’s annual or pro-rated contract amount will be paid in two installments, after the first pay in December, 202 and after the first pay in June, 2028.
Off Schedule Compensation. The off-schedule or one-time compensation is to compensate faculty for the additional and unanticipated student related services due to COVID-19. These services include additional student support, counseling, assisting students with various stressors also due to COVID-19. Once the funds are received from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) the District will provide CCFT with a list of faculty and their fall 2020 and spring 2021 loads. CCFT will provide the specific dollar amounts to be distributed per the following:

Off Schedule Compensation. 1. A teacher who was on Step 9 or greater in the Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s +15 column, during the 2017-2018 school year shall be paid “off-schedule,” as follows. For the 2018- 2019, 2019-2020 and the 2020-2021 school year, the teacher will receive a base salary that is 3.65%, 3.25%, 3.15% respectively more than he/she received for the previous school year.
2. A teacher who was on Step 18 or greater in the Masters or Masters +15 column, during the 2017-2018 school year shall be paid “off-schedule,” as follows. For the 2018- 2019, 2019-2020 and the 2020-2021 school year, the teacher will receive a base salary that is 3.65%, 3.25%, 3.15% respectively more than he/she received for the previous school year.
3. A teacher who was on Step 18 or greater in the Masters +30 or on Step 19 or greater in the Masters +45 column, during the 2017-2018 school year shall be paid “off-schedule,” as follows. For the 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and the 2020-2021 school year, the teacher will receive a base salary that is 3.65%, 3.25%, 3.15% respectively more than he/she received for the previous school year.
Off Schedule Compensation. A two hundred dollar ($200) off schedule payment will be made to each member of the bargaining unit as of the ratification date to be paid in November 2011.
