OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE. 4.4.1 As part of the consideration for the fees payable by Concessionaire herein, City will allow Concessionaire to use the Facilities designated in Exhibit “B” (beginning as indicated in such Exhibit) solely for administrative purposes and the storing of equipment, supplies and merchandise used in connection with or necessary to support the Concession hereunder. Concessionaire takes such Facilities in an “as is” condition. The Director shall have the right from time to time and upon reasonable notice to the Concessionaire, to designate other Facilities at the Airport for use by the Concessionaire as office and storage space in lieu of the space designated in Exhibit “B”. Additional office and storage space may be available to Concessionaire at the then existing rental rates being charged for such space.
OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE. The Licensee shall have the exclusive licence to use the Upper Level Office and Storage Space as set out on Schedule “A” during the Centre’s normal operating days and times.
OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE. Buyer agrees to provide space for up to three employees of Seller to work from Buyer’s offices for up to three months following the Closing Date. Such office space shall include local phone service and Internet access. In addition, Buyer shall provide Seller with storage space (not to exceed 10% of Buyer’s then-current total Massachusetts’s office space) for storage of Seller’s books and records until the earlier of (i) 12 months or (ii) an entry of a final decree in Seller’s Chapter 11 proceedings.

Bus Operator is assigned the office and storage space facilities described in Exhibit “A”, which may be changed or relocated at any time throughout the Term at the Director’s discretion, solely for administrative purposes and the storing of equipment and supplies used in connection or necessary for Bus Operator’s services hereunder. Any such change to office and storage space facilities and Exhibit “A” shall not require an amendment of this Agreement. Additional office and storage space facilities may be made available to Bus Operator at the then-existing rental rates being charged for such space. The City makes no representation that the office and storage space facilities are suitable for Bus Operator’s requirements herein.

If space is available, and at the option of the Airports Authority, Contractor may lease storage and office space identified by the Airports Authority as available for such purposes. Such leases would be at an annual per square foot rate to be paid monthly and formalized in a separate agreement.
