Common use of Office Space and Secretarial Support Clause in Contracts

Office Space and Secretarial Support. From and after the expiration of the term of this Agreement or the Amended Employment Agreement or if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employment is terminated other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(a) (or Section 5(a) of the Amended Employment Agreement if it is then in effect) for cause or other than pursuant to subparagraph 10(d) on account of his death, Employer shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (at no cost or expense to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) for a period of three years with an office in his current office site in Beverly Hills, California or nearby of size, furnishings and other appointments and exclusive personal secretarial support comparable to that provided ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at any time during the one hundred twenty (120) day period prior to the expiration of the term or termination of his employment.
