Office Unit. The Office Building within the Office Unit and the airspace and land surrounding the Office Building, including the parking garage within the boundaries of the Office Unit. The boundaries of the Office Unit shall be as shown on the Condominium Plan, with the dimensions of the garage portion of the Office Unit, where adjacent to the garage portion of the Hotel Unit being to the interior unfinished surfaces of the garage located within the Office Unit. The Office Unit shall include all utility lines and utility facilities which serve the garage portion of the Office Unit, located exterior of the boundaries of the Office Unit and within the Hotel Unit. The Owner of the Office Unit shall have an easement for access to such utility lines and utility facilities which serve the garage of the Office Unit.
