Common use of Official Languages Clause in Contracts

Official Languages. The Recipient agrees: (a) that any public acknowledgement of the Agency’s support for the Project will be expressed in both official languages; (b) that basic Project information will be developed and made available in both official languages; (c) to invite members of the official-language minority community to participate in any public event relating to the Project, where appropriate; (d) that main signage components related to the Project will be in both official languages; and (e) that it shall pay for all translation costs save for those which the Minister may incur with respect to any announcement or other public communications.
