Official/Reasonable Time. Employees and their representatives, if applicable, may use official/reasonable time in the preparation of classification appeals only for the following purposes: 1. Discussions with supervisors or the Human Resources staff on such topics as job duties and responsibilities, the classification systems in general, or the interpretation of standards. 2. Obtaining and/or reviewing classification standards and other pertinent documents and records. 3. Representing a bargaining unit employee in preparation for, and attendance at, desk audits in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of this Agreement.

Related to Official/Reasonable Time

  • Applicable Time For purposes of the Distribution Agreement, the Applicable Time shall be 10:00 am Central Standard Time on March 7, 2008.

  • Double Time The rate of double time shall be paid for all hours of overtime.

  • Reasonable Time for Winding Up A reasonable time shall be allowed for the orderly winding-up of the business and affairs of the Partnership and the liquidation of its assets pursuant to Section 13.2, in order to minimize any losses otherwise attendant upon such winding-up, and the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect between the Partners during the period of liquidation.

  • No Untrue Information Neither this Agreement nor any statement, report or other document furnished or to be furnished pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby contains any untrue statement of fact or omits to state a fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading;

  • Disclosure to Executive Company has and will disclose to Executive, or place Executive in a position to have access to or develop, Confidential Information and Work Product of Company (or its affiliates); and/or has and will entrust Executive with business opportunities of Company (or its affiliates); and/or has and will place Executive in a position to develop business good will on behalf of Company (or its affiliates). Executive agrees to preserve and protect the confidentiality of all Confidential Information or Work Product of Company (or its affiliates).
