O&M Support Sample Clauses

The O&M Support clause defines the obligations and scope of services related to the operation and maintenance (O&M) support provided by one party to another, typically in the context of equipment, facilities, or infrastructure. This clause outlines the specific support activities, such as routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical assistance, that the service provider must deliver during the contract term. By clearly delineating these responsibilities, the clause ensures ongoing operational reliability and helps prevent disputes over maintenance duties, thereby supporting the smooth functioning of the relevant assets.
