Common use of On Board Branding Clause in Contracts

On Board Branding. Unless otherwise agreed by Delta, Delta shall control all on board branding and in-flight materials including, without limitation, in-flight publications, food and beverage products, paper goods and service ▇▇▇▇. In the event of any change to the on-board branding or in-flight materials, Delta shall be responsible for reimbursing ASA for any reasonable costs and expenses incurred by ASA in connection therewith. ASA shall be solely responsible for maintaining all licenses necessary for the serving of in-flight food and beverages on the Delta Connection Flights.
