Common use of On-Call Allowances Clause in Contracts

On-Call Allowances. 7.1.1.1 An employee bound by this Agreement, who is rostered to be on call of a night time, will be paid an allowance in accordance with Section 1 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement. 7.1.1.2 An employee bound by this Agreement who is rostered to be On-Call during a full Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday or any day that the employee would normally be rostered off duty, will be paid in accordance with Section 2 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
