On-Call Time. Para. 1. If Banking Circle imposes on-call time on employees, a fixed supplement is paid to cover this on-call time, cf. the table below. Each commenced interval of 6 hours of on-call time is paid with: Weekdays from 8 p.m. To 6 a.m. DKK 400 Friday from 8 p.m. to Monday at 6 a.m. and public holidays DKK 800 3.2. Each employee may have up to 80 on-call shifts per year. In the case of fixed on-call shifts, each employee must know the schedule at least 4 weeks in advance. On- call shifts outside the schedule must be announced as early as possible and no later than 24 hours in advance.
