On-Gateway. For customer locations where LightEdge is able to offer local phone numbers through a local point of presence LightEdge will provide Customer with voice connectivity Service between the Customer Premise identified below and the Public Switched Telephone (PSTN) network. Service will be delivered in the form of a dedicated circuit(s) engineered by LightEdge which will be dependent upon location, bandwidth and/or Services requested. Service will either be delivered to Customer as a digital PRI, digital voice T1 line or a SIP Trunk. Service will be transported using Voice over IP (VoIP) encapsulation.
