Common use of On-Site Monitoring Clause in Contracts

On-Site Monitoring. a. DSHS may conduct on-site monitoring visits to ensure the Contractor’s (and subcontractor’s) performance and compliance with these Contract terms and conditions, and applicable laws and regulations. b. The Contractor shall allow DSHS to inspect any and all records that are related to the performance of and compliance with this Contract. As used in this subsection, “records” include but are not limited to documents in any form, including hard copy or electronic format, of the organization’s structure, financial records, capacities and performance. This includes access to the Immigrant Relief Fund centralized application system and database. DSHS will not access or use identifiable information of grant recipients. c. DSHS reserves all other rights of inspection as provided in the General Terms and Conditions of this Contract. d. In the event that on-site monitoring is impossible or infeasible, DSHS may conduct desk top monitoring using different secure DSHS platforms, such as WebEx and Zoom to review and monitor records.
