Common use of On-Site Services Clause in Contracts

On-Site Services. Whenever OpenNMS personnel are performing Consulting Services at Client's premises, OpenNMS will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security policies that are applicable to all Client's employees and other contractors equally, which policies are provided to OpenNMS in writing and in advance of OpenNMS personnel arriving at Client’s premises.
