Common use of On-Us Entries Clause in Contracts

On-Us Entries. Except as provided in the Rules and these Terms and Conditions, in the case of an On-Us Entry received by us for transmittal, we will credit the Beneficiary/Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Date contained in such Entry provided the requirements of your Instructions and Security Procedures are met. If any such requirement were not met, we would use reasonable efforts to credit the Beneficiary/Receiver’s account in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Date.

On-Us Entries.
