Common use of One-Time Payment Clause in Contracts

One-Time Payment. Deluxe will pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a one-time lump sum payment of Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000), to be paid within thirty (30) days of the end of the 15-day rescission period of the Second Release.
