Ongoing Consultation with Native. American Individuals and Organizations 1. WSAFCA and the Corps have solicited comments from the Native American community during development of this Agreement document. During management milestones, such as completion of inventory reports, resource evaluations, findings of effect, and development and implementation of treatment, upon a request for consultation, WSAFCA and the Corps will consult with any Native American party that attaches cultural significance to resources subject to management. Such consultation may include both federally recognized tribes and other tribes, organizations, and individuals that may attach cultural significance to resources affected by relevant undertakings. WSAFCA and the Corps will consider the input of these organizations and individuals in good faith and attempt to incorporate and follow suggestions regarding management of cultural resources where feasible.
