Ongoing Problem Resolution. The Parties agree to a process of ongoing timely resolution of matters as they arise in operations during the term of the Agreement. Either Party may request the involvement of CONIFER and USW for the purpose of assistance in the resolution of such matters. Section 13: Humanity Fund a) The Company agrees to deduct $20.00 from the wages of all Employees in the bargaining unit on June 30 each year. b) Prior to the 15th day of the month following said deduction, the Company shall pay the amounts to the “Humanity Fund” and will forward such payment to United Steelworkers National Office, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. The Company will advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at aforementioned address and the Local Union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all Employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made.

  • Recognition of the U.S. Special Resolution Regimes (a) In the event that any Underwriter that is a Covered Entity becomes subject to a proceeding under a U.S. Special Resolution Regime, the transfer from such Underwriter of this Agreement, and any interest and obligation in or under this Agreement, will be effective to the same extent as the transfer would be effective under the U.S. Special Resolution Regime if this Agreement, and any such interest and obligation, were governed by the laws of the United States or a state of the United States.
