Online Submission. (i) Scanned copy of instrument for payment of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit (EMD) with valid upto 135 days. (ii) Scanned copy of ‘Acceptance of Terms & Condition of ATC format enclosed as Appendix ‘A’. (iii) GSTIN Certificate (where applicable). (iv) Copy of FSSAI Certificate. (v) Undertaking by the Bidder of the existing & balance Contract Carrying Capacity. Format att as Appendix B. (vi) If MSE firm, scanned copy of Bid Security Declaration Certificate on a company / firm letter head duly signed by the authorized signatory as per format enclosed as Appendix C. (vii) Photocopy of registration letter issued by HQ Eastern Comd (ST). (viii) Non Bankruptcy cert. Format att as Appendix D.
