Common use of Open Exams Clause in Contracts

Open Exams. If an examination for one of the classes represented by the Union is proposed to be announced on an open only basis, the Director of Human Resources shall give five (5) days prior notice of such proposed announcement and shall meet at the request of the Union to discuss the reasons for such open announcement.
