Common use of Openers Clause in Contracts

Openers. In the spring there will be limited openers. This does not exclude discrete proposals that have relatively incidental cost (e.g. a few hundred to a few thousand dollars such as a modest stipend increase for a limited number of employees). Each year the economic benefit package will be subject to negotiation consistent with the current Letter of Agreement.
