Common use of Opening of Tender Clause in Contracts

Opening of Tender. Tenders will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on 11.4.2008 at Hindustan Salts Ltd. Kharaghoda by Officers authorized on his behalf in the presence of tenderers present. The representatives will have to establish their identity to the satisfaction of the Hindustan Salts Limited by producing introductory letter/authority from their Principals etc. otherwise they will not be allowed to attend the opening.
