Common use of Operating Personnel Clause in Contracts

Operating Personnel. 6.6.1 The Company shall employ personnel, who are qualified and experienced for operating and monitoring the Complex and for coordinating operations of the Complex with the JPS Grid. The Company shall ensure that at all times during the operation of the Facility all skilled and unskilled labourers operate under the direct supervision of qualified and experienced personnel. 6.6.2 The Company may appoint an O&M Contractor(s) to operate and maintain the Complex throughout the term of this Agreement. No such appointment shall relieve the Company of any liability obligation or responsibility whatsoever resulting from a breach of this Agreement.
