Common use of Operating Reports Clause in Contracts

Operating Reports. Promptly upon written request from Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent or any Lender, and in no event later than 30 days after such written request delivered to Borrower, all operating reports delivered to Borrower or any Subsidiaries pursuant to any Material Contracts and operating and maintenance agreements to which Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party.
