Incident Report. Contractor shall immediately notify Company in the event of any incident resulting in injury to any person or property damage in excess of $500.00 and arising out of the Work. Contractor shall prepare and furnish Company a copy of all incident report within ten (10) calendar days thereof, and when requested, shall furnish Company with a copy of all reports made by Contractor to Contractor’s insurers with respect thereto.

Where the circumstances warrant, Student Housing may issue Resident an administrative incident report that provides Resident written notice of any alleged housing violation or violation of University policy. Incident Report. SUBRECIPIENT will submit an Incident Report for certain events by email to the Municipal Project Contact as soon as possible after they occur. The SUBRECIPIENT must report the following:
a. Developments that have a significant impact on SUBRECIPIENT’S activities under this SubGrant.
b. Changes to activity specifications outlined above.
c. Other problems, delays, or adverse conditions which materially impair the SUBRECIPIENT’S ability to accomplish the specifications of work to be completed in the SubGrant agreement or which may require the Municipality to respond to questions from the press or public.
