Common use of Operating Schedule Clause in Contracts

Operating Schedule. The Services will be provided in accordance with the operating schedule (the “Operating Schedule”) designated by Contractor. All aspects of the Operating Schedule and any changes to the Operating Schedule will be subject to the prior written approval of University’s Representative. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
