Common use of Operating Work Clause in Contracts

Operating Work. Any engineering, contract preparation, legal or regulatory work, 11 purchasing, repair, supervision, recruitment, training, expediting, inspection, 12 accounting, insurance, testing, protection, operation, use, management, retirement, 13 reconstruction, maintenance, modification, relocation, any work undertaken by the 14 Operator that is required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Requirements or 15 necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the Common Bus and the 16 Hassayampa Interconnection Facilities or other work necessitated by an Operating 17 Emergency performed in accordance with this Agreement, and all work undertaken to 18 make Capital Improvements.
