Operating Work. All engineering, contract preparation, purchasing, repair, supervision, recruitment, training, expediting, inspection, accounting, testing, protection, operating, management, maintenance, and all other work and activities associated with operating ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Unit 1 which are not included in Construction Work, but excluding all work on any Incremental Capital Assets.
