Common use of Operation Date Clause in Contracts

Operation Date. The first date of Tuscola Unit C's continuous operation at Tuscola Unit C Production Capacity (defined as one week of operation during which Tuscola Unit C operates at an annualized production rate of no less than [ ] lbs per year of InSpec Fumed Alumina) shall be referred to herein as the "Operation Date."
