Operation of Multi-Unit Residential Recycling Program. Commencing October 1, 1996, Contractor will separately collect Recyclable Materials from all Multi-Unit Residential Premises in the City. The collection and delivery of Recyclable Materials from Multi-Unit Residential Premises will be carried out by Contractor in accordance with Section 1.05.03 of Exhibit A to the Agreement.
