Operation of Trains and Rollingstock. The Operator is responsible for the safe operation of its Rollingstock on the Nominated Network and must ensure that at all times whilst operating on the Nominated Network: (a) its Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations comply with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards); (b) it operates only authorised Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations as specified in (c) all loading and unloading of its Rollingstock is undertaken in a manner that: (i) is consistent with the requirements of Schedule 4 and the Rollingstock Interface Standards; (ii) does not affect the safe operation of the Rollingstock; and (iii) ensures that all items on or in the Operator’s Rollingstock remain secured in position during transit.
Operation of Trains and Rollingstock. The Access Holder is responsible for the safe operation of its (or the Operator’s) Rollingstock on the Nominated Network and must ensure that at all times whilst the Operator is operating on the Nominated Network: (a) the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations comply with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards); (b) the Operator operates only authorised Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations as specified in Schedule 4; and (c) all loading and unloading of the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock is undertaken in a manner that: (i) is consistent with the requirements of Schedule 4 and the Rollingstock Interface Standards; (ii) does not affect the safe operation of the Rollingstock; and (iii) ensures that all items on or in the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock remain secured in position during transit.

Operation of Trains and Rollingstock. The End User is responsible for the safe operation of Rollingstock used in the operation of a Train Service on the Nominated Network and must ensure that at all times all loading and unloading of Rollingstock used in the operation of a Train Service on the Nominated Network is undertaken in a manner that: (a) is consistent with the requirements of schedule 5 and the Rollingstock Interface Standards (subject to any Approved Derogations); (b) does not affect the safe operation of such Rollingstock used in the operation of a Train Service or any other Train Movements; and (c) ensures that all items on or in such Rollingstock used in the operation of a Train Service remain secured in position during transit.

  • Provision of transport (a) No allowances, other than those prescribed in clauses 27.8 and 27.10 and in the circumstances described in clause 27.11(b), will be payable on any day on which the Employer provides or offers to provide transport free of charge from the Employee’s home to the place of work and return. (b) Subject to 27.11(c), the allowance prescribed in clause 27.5 will be payable on any day for which the Employer provides a vehicle free of charge to the Employee for a purpose related to their contract of employment, and the Employee is required by the Employer to drive this vehicle from the Employee’s home to their place of work and return. (c) The parties recognise that in some circumstances where the Employer provides a vehicle free of charge to an Employee it will not be appropriate for the Employee to also receive the allowance prescribed in clause 27.5. As such, where the Employer provides a fully fuelled and maintained vehicle to the Employee such that the Employee has reasonable private use of the vehicle, the allowance will not be payable. Any disputes as to the application of this clause may be resolved via the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • Department of Transportation Bridge Maintenance employees, when actually climbing the cable stays of the Penobscot Narrows Bridge for inspection and/or repair, shall be compensated at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) an hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. Employees shall be compensated for a minimum of one (1) hour of such work regardless of the length of the climbing assignment.
