OPERATION OF VEHICLE. The provisions of this clause are applicable to outside workers only. 29.1 Within each section, as defined in this Agreement, senior qualified personnel shall operate vehicles and equipment provided that such senior personnel within their classification are available at the start of the shift or at any time during the shift that such vehicles or equipment must be operated.
