Operation Procedures. [1] Loans from the sick leave bank will be limited to those individuals who have contributed to the bank. [2] A loan will be limited for the use of days for a catastrophic illness or injury. A catastrophic illness or injury is defined as an extreme or life- threatening illness, injury, impairment, or mental condition (e.g. chemotherapy, broken back, fractured pelvis, organ transplant, AIDS, fetal endangerment, etc.) Maternity leave does not qualify for use of sick leave bank. A doctor's statement verifying the severe nature or extraordinary nature and expected duration of the condition shall be required in addition to the teacher’s written request. [3] A loan will be considered only after the teacher has used all of his/her accumulated sick leave days and has used all possible advances of sick leave days under the master agreement, Article 13, Section E.
Operation Procedures. The operating procedures and meeting times for discussion of the committee shall be determined by the committee and reflected in the minutes of the initial meeting. The chair of the committee shall be rotated quarterly.

[3] Sick leave bank use for Maternity. Employees absent for normal maternity leave shall be eligible to receive up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) sick leave bank days upon the exhaustion of sick leave and personal leave. The additional sick leave days shall not extend the up to six (6) weeks of maternity leave. Employees who have complications associated with or upon delivery may be eligible for additional days under this article. Paternity leave can be a maximum of three (3) weeks, unless complications associated with or upon delivery, then a member may be eligible for additional days under this article. [4] A loan will be considered only after the teacher has used all of his/her accumulated sick leave days and has used all possible advances of sick leave days under the master agreement, Article 13, Section E.
Operation Procedures. The Lender, [the ESCO/Host]39, Trustee Bank and the Borrower have prior to execution this TRA Agreement agreed on the detailed mandates, terms and conditions and operating procedures stated herein for the Trust and Retention Account under the ESPC, EE Loan Agreement and the Financing Documents.
Operation Procedures. SECTION 1. All operation procedures and policies affecting employees of the Police Department, the violation of which by an employee may result in disciplinary action against such employee, shall be in writing and copy of such procedure and/or policy shall be on file in the Police Department where it will be available to the employee. In addition, the City shall provide the Association with a copy of the procedure and/or policy.
SECTION 2. The City shall on a yearly basis beginning January 1, 1984, inform the Association President as to its requirements for Corporal.
SECTION 3. The City agrees to follow the disciplinary procedures outlined in its Policy and Procedures Manual for the Police Department.
Operation Procedures. The parties agree that the following operational procedure shall prevail throughout the duration of this agreement.
a. Task Force Coordinator
1. Will have full tactical control of day-to-day operations of the Task Force. He shall be a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol assigned to the Narcotics Section of the Division of Drug and Crime Control. He shall be appointed by the Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control with the approval of the Task Force Board of Directors.
2. Will be responsible for narcotics-related training of Task Force members and will devise and implement such training.
3. Will be responsible for the approval of all officer expenses (travel, meals, etc.) and buy money expended by Task Force members. He shall review and document all such expenditures in accordance with Missouri State Highway Patrol Narcotics Section “Standard Operational Procedures.”
4. Will be responsible for overtime approval, timekeeping responsibilities, and submission of members’ time tabulation to their respective agencies.
5. Will be responsible for providing information to the Board of Directors related to Task Force expenditures and activities. Activities Reports shall not be specific in nature.
b. Task Force Members
1. Will be selected and empowered by the Board of Directors after interviews, background investigations (when appropriate), and recommendations by a board comprised of the Task Force Coordinator, another Missouri State Highway Patrol Narcotics Investigator, a narcotics investigator from another nonparticipating agency and an Administrative Staff member from the Lebanon Police Department. The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Lebanon Police Department reserves the right to refuse a potential task force member.
2. Will be a full-time, paid, POST certified police officer of a local agency. Task Force members shall possess a commission by one or more officially recognized law enforcement agency(s). Their commission(s) shall provide the member with legal authority to enforce any and all laws of the state of Missouri including, but not limited to enforcement and prevention of drug related crimes on a multi-jurisdictional basis. They shall be solely directed and supervised by the task force coordinator.
3. Will adhere to all laws of the State of Missouri and the United States of America.
4. Will maintain compliance with the respective agency’s policies and procedures as well as the policies and procedures of the Missouri State Highway Patro...
Operation Procedures. The Contractor shall update and maintain all operating procedures, such as, Operations check sheets, hardwired shutdown procedures, calibration procedures, LO/TO procedures, and all other related procedures located in the Operator’s Console or elsewhere. The Contractor shall obtain the SM approval prior to making any changes to the procedures. The Contractor shall maintain all these procedures on the Operator Consoles. See Section J Attachment ▇-▇-8.1.4.1 for procedures.
Operation Procedures. The contractor shall develop procedures for operation of the system as required by the system specification. These procedures shall be implemented by the contractor and observed by the Government during verification.
Operation Procedures. Purchaser and Sellers shall develop written interface operating procedures no later than ninety (90) Days before the anticipated Commercial Operation Date. The operating procedures shall establish the protocols under which the Parties shall perform their respective responsibilities under this Agreement and shall include but shall not necessarily be limited to, the method of Day-to-Day communications, key personnel lists for Seller and Purchaser, and outage reporting.
