Operational Matters. All issues related to operational matters and notices in respect thereto, as identified by the Operating Committee shall be directed to the appropriate operations personnel at MH and MP. Each Party shall each provide to the other Party a list of contacts for notification on the said operational matters that shall be updated from time to time as required.
