Fiscal Matters a. The School District will provide all required Course Materials (textbooks and electronic materials) and will be billed for applicable Instructional Materials charges embedded in courses requiring electronic materials in accordance with the College respective course agreement. b. The School District will act as the fiscal agent for purposes of this MOU, including student fees. Based on School District policies, the School District may recover fees incurred by students. c. Any transportation and applicable food services required for Students participating in Dual Credit programs at the College site will be provided by the School District. d. All personal fines, late fees, parking tickets, etc. incurred by Student at the College are the student’s individual responsibility. e. Adjunct Instructors at the School site delivering dual credit courses may teach students enrolled in ECHS and Traditional Dual Credit in the same course section. However, Alamo Colleges District will only pay dual credit stipends for dual credit courses with 15 dual credit students or more in each course section. Dual Credit students constitute those in traditional Dual Credit or ECHS. f. The Cost-Sharing Model was implemented beginning with the 2017-18 Academic Year. Following the model of who primarily funds the cost of the Dual Credit Instructor, the Alamo Colleges District will either pay a stipend to the School District or the School District will pay the Alamo Colleges District the appropriate amount listed below. The College will verify all student enrollments per College census dates. i. Where the School District contracts the instructor to teach college courses, the Alamo Colleges District will pay $600 for each course section that contains at least 15 students. The official student enrollment count will be taken on the course sections’ census date. The Alamo Colleges District Business Office will communicate with the School District Business Office to provide the appropriate payment to be paid the first full week of December for the Fall semester and the third full week of April for the Spring semester. ii. Where the College contracts the college instructor to teach a course section and the student enrollment in each specific course section totals less than 80% of the total student enrollment count of the said course section, the School District will pay $100 per student to the Alamo Colleges District. Fiscal Matters. The Board of Managers will maintain at the principal office of the Company appropriate books and records with respect to the Company’s business including, without limitation, all books and records necessary to provide the Member the information, lists and copies of documents required to be provided pursuant to the Act. With respect to the financial affairs of the Company, it is agreed that: (1) the fiscal year will be the calendar year; (2) the books of the Company will be maintained at the principal office of the Company in accordance with accounting principles consistently applied; and (3) the Member will have the right to examine and copy the books and records of the Company at all reasonable times. The following will be maintained at the Company’s principal office: (i) a current list of the full name and last known business address of the Member and the Managers; (ii) a copy of the Articles and this Agreement, together with any amendments thereto; and (iii) copies of the Company’s federal, state and local income tax returns and reports, if any, for the three (3) most recent years.

Fiscal Matters. The General Partner shall cause the Partnership to file all required local, state and federal tax returns. The General Partner is hereby designated the tax matters partner for the Partnership.
Fiscal Matters a. Within 30 days after becoming a Party to this Agreement, each School Board and Cooperative shall contribute $250 toward the administration of this Agreement for the remainder of the 2022-23 school year. This fee will be used primarily to provide materials and equipment including, but not limited to, “call out” technology, credentials and safety vests. Thereafter, at least 90 days before the start of the next school year, the ▇▇▇ in consultation with the Advisory Panel shall establish and administer a budget for the next school year and the contribution amount for the participating School Districts and Cooperatives not to exceed $400.00. b. The ▇▇▇ shall seek funding through grants and similar sources of revenue as the primary sources of funds to develop and implement the programs and administer this Agreement. c. At no cost to the School Districts and Cooperatives, the ▇▇▇ shall perform its administrative duties under this Agreement. d. At no cost to the School Districts and Cooperatives, the State’s Attorney shall provide the services of its personnel and resources and assist in obtaining the cooperation of law enforcement agencies, to the extent appropriate for development and implementation of the programs. e. The programs shall be made available to the School Districts and Cooperatives without cost other than the annual cost determined by the ▇▇▇. f. Each School District is responsible for any benefits, compensation, liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance for its personnel that are providing authorized mutual aid to another School District. g. Each School District providing facilities, materials and/or equipment to another School District under the auspices of this agreement shall not charge for such facilities, materials or equipment and for the cost of loss or damage to the facilities, materials and/or equipment. h. Nothing is this agreement shall operate to bar any recovery of funds from any third party, state, or federal agency under existing statutes, or other authority.
Fiscal Matters. 7.01 The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year. 7.02 Proper books and records shall be kept with reference to all Partnership transactions, and each Partner shall at all reasonable times during business hours have access thereto. The books shall be kept upon such method of accounting as shall be agreed upon by the Partners. The books and records shall include the designation and identi­fication of any property in which the Partnership owns a beneficial interest; such records shall include, but shall not be limited to, the ownership of property (real, personal and mixed), as well as any property in which the Partnership owns an interest and the title to such property has been recorded or is maintained, in the name of one or more designated Partners without designation of the Partnership. The books and records of the Partnership shall be reviewed annually at the expense of the Partners by a Certified Public Accountant selected by the Partners. The appropriate Federal Partnership Income Tax Return shall also be prepared by a Certified Public Accountant. 7.03 All funds of the Partnership shall be deposited in its name (or in the name of a nominee as provided in Paragraph 8.02) in an account or accounts maintained at a national or state bank designated by the Partners. Checks shall be drawn upon the Partnership and shall be signed by any one of the Partners of the Partnership or by an officer of authorized agent of the Partnership.
