Operational Permits. Sublessee, prior to the Commencement Date, shall obtain and thereafter continuously maintain in full force and effect for the Term of this Sublease or any extension thereof, at no cost or expense to Sublessor, any and all approvals, licenses, or permits required by any lawful authority as of the Commencement Date or imposed thereafter, for the use of Leased Premises, including but not limited to business licenses.
Operational Permits of the Disclosure Letter sets forth a complete list of all material licenses, consents, permits and authorisations necessary for the Company or the Seller to carry on the Transferred Business in the places and in the manner in which the Business is now conducted (the “Key Permits”), including any such consents, permits and authorisations required by any Governmental Authority. All material permits and licenses required for the operation of the Business, including the Key Permits, exist and are kept in accordance with applicable Laws and in an organized fashion and are true, accurate, up-to-date and complete, and all registrations and applications relating thereto have been fulfilled, and all applicable fees have been paid. No notice or allegation that any of the documentation mentioned in this Section is incorrect or should be rectified has been received, and to the Knowledge of the Seller and the Company, there are no pending actions or other proceedings which seek the revocation thereof.
Operational Permits. ‌ a. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.3 above, the Port shall administer the operational permits on Port-owned properties located within the AAA and properties identified as an Additions to properties located within the AAA boundary. The City shall administer the operational permits on all other Port-owned property. b. The City shall notify the Port if an operational permit inspection needs to be scheduled. Once the City has notified the Port, the Port shall notify the City as to whether or not it will participate in the inspection with the City. The City shall coordinate with the Port to schedule a joint inspection within the inspection cycle. c. The Port shall administer fire prevention programs on real property owned by the Port. d. For operational permits involving the Port’s water systems, the City agrees to use the Port’s Utility Shutdown Process identified in the Rules of Airport Construction. e. If the Port requests that it do so, the City shall provide emergency response and/or permitting information to the Port to facilitate emergency response to those permitted facilities. f. The City shall provide a copy of all operational permits that it issues to the Port for real property owned by the Port and located outside the AAA.
Operational Permits. District will issue operational permits as required by the 52 International Fire Code, Section 105.6, for those occupancies inspected by the District as 53 requested by the City.

  • Governmental Permits The Company does, or will prior to the date the Project is Placed in Service, own, hold or possess all licenses, franchises, permits, privileges, immunities, approvals and other authorizations from a governmental body which are necessary to entitle it to own or lease, operate and use its assets located at the Project and to carry on and conduct its business at the Project, including, but not limited to, all required permits or licenses from any state or local governmental agencies and any required certifications from local or national boards or agencies indicating that the business of the Project is being conducted lawfully (herein collectively called “Governmental Permits”). No notice of cancellation, of default or of any dispute concerning any Governmental Permit, or of any event, condition or state of facts described in the preceding sentence, has been received by, or is known to, the Company.
