Operational Service Times. Operational Service Times correspond to the Service Times. If Operational Service “24/7” is agreed then the Operational Service Times are nonstop. If no Operational Service package is booked or if the services are to be performed outside of the Operational Service Times, the above-mentioned services can be ordered individually.
