Common use of Operational Support Systems (OSS Clause in Contracts

Operational Support Systems (OSS. 3.16.1 BellSouth has developed and made available the following mechanized systems by which Choice Telephone Company may submit LSRs electronically: Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG). All costs incurred by BellSouth to develop and implement operational interfaces shall be recovered from CLECs who utilize the interfaces. 3.16.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these interactive interfaces will incur an OSS electronic charge as set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (Mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge as set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement. Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
