Common use of Operational Support Systems (OSS Clause in Contracts

Operational Support Systems (OSS. 11.1 BellSouth has developed and made available the following electronic interfaces by which International Telnet may submit LSRs electronically. LENS Local Exchange Navigation System EDI Electronic Data Interchange TAG Telecommunications Access Gateway 11.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these electronic interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge. All OSS charges are specified in the Parties’ Interconnection Agreement. 11.3 Denial/Restoral OSS Charge 11.3.1 In the event International Telnet provides a spreadsheet with a list of End Users to be denied and restored, rather than an LSR, each location on the list will require a separate PON and therefore will be billed as one LSR per location.
