Operational Support. UITS will provide contact information to Clients for use in requesting “eyes and hands” assistance with Clients’ equipment when problems arise. System monitoring and failure notification will be provided by UITS operations staff on site 24 x 7 x 365. There are no service level guarantees for the availability of such resources.
