As actual costs cannot be estimated at this time due to lack of site specifics, the Contractor shall provide a level-of-effort of sixteen (16) hours per facility, with no travel. Review of existing or development of new facility management operations policies and procedures including but not limited to spill prevention control and countermeasure plans, lead based paint (LBP) management plans, asbestos management plans, Poly Chlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) abatement plan, and other facility operating and maintenance plans, which may impact the environment. As actual costs cannot be estimated at this time due to lack of site specifics, the Contractor shall provide a level-of-effort of twenty (20) hours per facility with no travel. Review existing permits and operations of the facility to access the actual or potential impact to the transfer.
