Operations Date Sample Clauses

The Operations Date clause defines the specific date on which a project, facility, or system is considered to be fully operational and ready for its intended use. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria that must be met for operations to commence, such as completion of construction, successful testing, and receipt of necessary approvals or certifications. By clearly establishing when operational responsibilities and risks transfer from one party to another, the clause ensures clarity and helps prevent disputes regarding project milestones and obligations.
