Operations Plan Clause Samples
An Operations Plan clause outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and standards for carrying out the day-to-day activities under an agreement. It typically details how operations will be managed, who is responsible for specific tasks, and the protocols for reporting and communication between parties. For example, it may specify schedules, performance metrics, or required resources. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear, shared understanding of how operations will be conducted, thereby minimizing confusion and promoting efficient collaboration.
