Operations Requirements. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work, using skilled labor and proper equipment for all tasks. Safety of the Contractor's personnel and equipment is the responsibility of the Contractor to include maintaining all OSHA safety records and inspections as may be required for this type of service. Additionally, the Contractor shall pay for all materials, personnel, taxes, and fees necessary to perform under the terms of this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for control of pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the work area. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing site security measures and maintaining security for the operation at the site. The Contractor shall be responsible for fire protection and shall manage the site to minimize the risk of fire.
