Operator Assisted Calls Clause Samples

The "Operator Assisted Calls" clause defines the terms under which telephone calls that require the assistance of a live operator are handled within an agreement. This clause typically outlines when such calls are permitted, any additional charges that may apply, and the responsibilities of the parties regarding the use of operator services. For example, it may specify that operator-assisted calls are only allowed in certain circumstances or require prior approval. The core function of this clause is to manage costs and ensure clarity around the use of operator-assisted telecommunication services, preventing unauthorized or excessive use.
