Operator Passthrough Service Clause Samples

The Operator Passthrough Service clause defines the terms under which an operator provides services to a client by passing through third-party services or costs. Typically, this means the operator arranges for certain services—such as utilities, maintenance, or technology platforms—on behalf of the client and then directly charges the client for those services, often without markup. This clause ensures transparency in billing and clarifies that the client is responsible for the actual costs incurred, thereby preventing disputes over service charges and delineating financial responsibility.
